We collect your email, display name, phone number (optional), and any data you add to tiles, tasks, and events. We also collect push notification keys if you enable them.
Your data is used solely to provide the OtterTile service — sending you reminders, managing your tiles, tasks, and events, and sending notifications via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Pushover.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as needed to deliver notifications (e.g., Twilio for WhatsApp/SMS, Mailgun for email, Pushover for push notifications).
Your password is securely hashed. All data is stored in Cloudflare's secure infrastructure. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
